ALL STAR COMPETITIVE TEAMS
ALL STAR NOVICE
Novice is the next step after FUNdamentals. It is a September to April commitment and cheerleaders will learn a 1:30 minute routine to perform at competitions for evaluation. Novice will practice 1 1/2 hours per week. Travel will be local competitions only, up to 2 hours away. Novice starts at age 3.
ALL STAR PREP
As an introduction to competition, prep athletes commit to the full year and learn a 2:00 minute routine. These athletes will be judged at competition. Prep athletes will practice 3 hours per week, and tumble 1 hour per week. Travel will be up to 3 hours away. Competitions will be 1 day.
ALL STAR ELITE
Formally known as All-Stars, All Star Elite is for the competitive cheerleader. These participants will train to perform a 2:30 routine. Because of the stronger demand for performance, these athletes will be required to have a strong conditioning regimen all season long. Elite will practice up to 5 hours per week and be required to tumble 1 hour per week, but will have access to unlimited tumbling.
